This is the opening track to this Belgian group’s second album, but it reminds me for some reason of Orbital’s opening track to their first album (”Belfast”), and so I always think this was Hooverphonic’s first track evar. Although categorized as “Trip-Hop”, Hooverphonic falls more on “hop” side of the fence, being a little bit faster paced than others in the area such as Zero 7, Portishead, or, of course, Massive Attack. And Geike Arnaert has a sexy voice.
